Passionate about experiential learning, Marina is known for her ability to create safe and interactive learning environments that enable individuals and teams to expand their leadership repertoire. Energised by Entrepreneurs’ agile and nimble mindsets, she draws a deep sense of purpose by being able to contribute to their ability to constantly evolve and adapt.
As an expert in leadership development, Marina brings a breadth of experience acquired in multinational corporations and through developing her own consultancy business. Marina held HR positions that exposed her to both operational and strategic HR at Coca-Cola Enterprises and DHL Express. Prior to co-founding Acteva Stars, Marina worked in consultancy firms, such as Hudson and Korn Ferry. When she is not busy helping our Clients reach the stars, Marina is a Tutor for INSEAD Strategy and Leadership programs and a Founder of the Talent Management consultancy Time 2 Shine.
Having worked and lived across Europe and the USA, Marina has settled in Singapore and has been working in APAC for the last 12 years.
A French citizen, she holds a degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Individual and Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. She is a certified coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and holds a diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London.
She hold a certificate in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD and a certificate in Strategy Specialisation from Harvard Business School.
