Acteva Stars is a boutique accelerator whose objective is to accompany start-ups in their growth journey to transform into a larger corporation.
Our primary focus is on logistics, mobility and supply chain start-ups and on helping Entrepreneurs who are aiming to disrupt the industry. Yet, we consider to help start-ups across multiple sectors, if the founder(s) relationship fits.
Our service offerings encompasses a range of integrated solutions that synchronise strategy, business development and human capital management to drive accelerated performance.
Operating from Singapore and Paris, we have a global outreach: our partners today are based in Paris, Marseille, London, Tallinn, Sofia, Singapore, New York, Los Angeles, Bogota, Bueno Aires, Tel Aviv and New Delhi.

ROGER CROOK,
CO-FOUNDER
A truly global citizen, Roger has lived and worked in many different countries on all three major continents of the world during the last 30 years. A large part of his career has been in the international corporate world, in commercial and general management roles. At DHL Express, his last key roles included Head of Global Sales, CEO Americas and CEO Asia. He then took on the role of Global CEO for DHL Forwarding & Freight and became a Board Member of DeutschePost DHL.
MARINA IVANOFF,
Co-founder
Passionate about experiential learning, Marina is known for her ability to create safe and interactive learning environments that enable individuals and teams to expand their leadership repertoire. Energised by Entrepreneurs’ agile and nimble mindsets, she draws a deep sense of purpose by being able to contribute to their ability to constantly evolve and adapt.
